Did you read our Huffington Post blog on eggs? If so you know we love Breakfast Tacos and Breakfast Burritos. This got us thinking – how can we redefine burrito wrapping for parties and special events.

How about adding bling or dying them with neon food color for interesting burrito bites? Experiment by cutting tortillas into different sizes and shapes. Change the look of your egg tacos by baking them in the oven for a look that says Breakfast Cupcake or Tart.
